The page initially opens to an 'Info' sub-tab which is used for specifying the general times and limits for each day:

To specify a department's limits by transportation option and day of week:

1. Click on the department name.
2. Click on a transportation option.
3. Select Enable minimum duration to qualify to enable the Minimum duration booked to qualify field for the department. This is the minimum required duration of the appointment in order for the customer to be eligible for this particular transportation option. For example, an appointment that is less than two hours may not qualify for a rental/loaner vehicle.
4. Set the Minimum duration booked to qualify value. The minimum setting is 0.1 hours.

For each day of the week for the selected department:

5. Select (check) or deselect (uncheck) the option for the day. For example, deselecting Saturday and Sunday for the Shuttle ride option indicates that shuttle rides are only available for appointments booked on weekdays.
6. Indicate the start and end times for the transportation option availability for any given day. To further refine the times using recurring time limits or dates, refer to Transportation Options - Recurring tab and Transportation Options - Calendar tab.
7. In Day limit indicate the maximum number of times the option can be selected during the day.

When complete:

8. Click "Save" to save the information, or "Discard".

Note: A transportation option (other than 'Waiter' or 'Own Ride') only appears in the Transportation Option page if it has been enabled in the dealership's Admin Settings via:

Admin Settings > Configure > Dealer OMM Website Integration

For Wagoneer dealerships, the pick-up and delivery option can be restricted to Wagoneer-only.

Go to the Customer Transportation Options section to review what has been enabled and make any changes necessary.

Once the general availability options have been set on the Info tab, it is possible to add further limits to a day by time slot on the Recurring tab. For example, indicate reduced shuttle ride capacity during certain periods of the day for each day of the week, by selecting a recurring blocker and setting it to the reduced limit:

After configuring the appropriate information on the Info page for the transportation option in the selected department:

1. Click "Recurring".
2. Click on the bar for a day and drag the circles (o) to the start and end times. Click the icon under the block  () to specify a limit for the time slot (or enter '0' for a complete block), otherwise it defaults to the day limit.
   
   or
3. Click . Enter the exact start and end times, plus any Option limit (or '0'), in the pop-up window that appears.
4. Click above a block to remove it.
5. Click "Save" to save the information for this department, or "Discard".

Select another department to configure, or continue to the Calendar tab for this option to specify a one-time limit.

Note: Timeslots outside the recurring blockers set on this page will have the daily limits.

Specify one or more time slots on a specific day or dates in the future when a transportation option should not be available or needs a different limit.

After saving any information on the Info or Recurring tabs, and confirming that the correct department and transportation option are still selected:

1. Click "Calendar".

To set one or more blocks for a specific date:

2. Click on the calendar icon and select the date.
3. Set the blocks and limits as described in Transportation Options - Recurring tab.

Repeat these steps for additional dates as needed then click "Save" to save the information for this department or "Discard".

When booking an appointment in Appointment Manager or Online Scheduler, the transportation option availability adjusts based on the limits set in this section and the date/time and department selected.

Note: Transportation Option limits configured in Appointment Manager Administration apply to appointments booked using both Appointment Manager and Online Scheduler. There is no option to set unique limits for the two products.
